Graça Bernardes is a graduated of Business Administration, Marketing & Advertisement by FAAP – Fundação Alvares Penteado, Post graduated in Groups Processes and Psychoanalysis by Centro de Estudos Psicanalíticos.

In 2009 she got her Coaching certification through Leading Group Institute and ICF certification.

In her past career she worked as a business executive at American companies like Hewlett Packard (HP), Sybase, Oracle, Digital Equipment, 3Com and Cisco Systems in Brazil and Emerging Markets´ Operation.

Nowadays, she is a Consultant and has been attending many companies in different segments as a Coach and is a Partner at Penrhyn Voyer Brazil.

She was president of World Trade Center Women´s Leadership for three years.
